And when a friend's daughter and son-in-law expressed interested in buying it for the estimated sales price, Lisa followed my wishes and did not advertise the property or show it; thus, when the estate was established and the sale was allowed to go through, the house went to the people I knew. I found Lisa to be friendly, caring, professional and easy to communicate with. Since I live in Tokyo, things had to be done via email; Lisa always replied in a speedy manner, even just to say that she was working on things.
