We called Doug Birkey when we first saw a home on Zillow that he had listed. We were totally impressed with Doug's expertise, willingness to spend the time with our questions, and his quick responses. On our first call from out of state he explained the costs and benefits of geothermal heating and it was like answering a question I did not know to ask. We did much communication long distance and Doug made the effort to accommodate that. For example he met our daughters for a "walk through" where we FaceTimed to see a home we were interested in. We also found his winning personality and long time experience in home sales generating our genuine trust in him. Doug was professional and great with follow through. For a few examples, he researched information on some of our property questions, and when he was not available to show us a home he arranged for another agent to meet with us, and he also helped facilitate a long distance closing. We would not hesitate to recommend him to others needing an agent! Outstanding!

Larry did so much during the sale of the house, I don't think he could've done any more. At one point my lawn service quit, and Larry had a lawn service out there that day that he recommended that did a better job. He searched for painters for me, recommended clean out services, found a cleaning service to clean the house, recommended someone for the septic riser that needed to be installed. I don't think that he could've done anymore or been any more hands-on in this whole process and it is truly truly appreciated.
